Admission

At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

New arrivals are admitted from about midday.

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to re-let your unit.

No refunds/discounts will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pitches must be vacated by about midday.

 
Coronavirus

Where a pre-booked stay is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions, campers may transfer stay dates free of charge, subject to availability and opening dates.

Where campers choose to cancel a pre-paid stay due to Covid-19 regulations, any balance payments will be refunded upon request. Deposit payments will not be refunded. 

Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.

 
Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Bookings must not be for more than 16 consecutive nights.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to site manager immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Public areas are non-smoking.

Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

The site operates a no music policy. Music or other audio media must be limited to personal listening devices such as headphones.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

 
Occupancy

The Management reserves the right to refuse at its discretion group bookings of 4 or more units (e.g. tent or motorhome) travelling together.

No hen/stag parties permitted

The Management reserves the right to refuse at its discretion single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted)

 
Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.

Open fires are only permitted in raised braziers intended for the purpose or in locations specified by the campsite manager.

 
Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.

 
Visitors

Campers are welcome to have visitors, limited one vehicle per pitch, but visitors must leave the premises by 11pm.
